Based in beautiful Portland, Oregon, Laura's been writing full-time, in one form or another, for nearly fourteen years. For work, she focuses on the strategic development of editorial, consumer-focused content, and the development of a clear, succinct brand voice and personality for brands. From time to time, she also writes about fashion, culture and travel for magazines, newspapers and blogs. Off duty, she's a mommy, a reader, a tarot enthusiast, a follower of all comedy, a dedicated bath-taker, a big podcast fan, a bold consciousness pioneer, an explorer of the wild Pacific Northwest, and, recently discovered, in her heart of hearts, that she's a fiercely independent introvert. Also, she wishes she wrote for herself more.
